After moving from Sydney, where public transport made life easy for non-drivers in the family, we quickly realised the Gold Coast was a different story. The distances were longer, the buses less reliable, and let’s be honest — the average e-bike just wasn’t our vibe.
We wanted something that could handle a full day of camping, fishing, or just cruising the coast — and still look sharp doing it. But we couldn’t find bikes that matched our style or our standards. So, we made our own.

We offer free shipping to major metro areas across Australia, excluding Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
For rural areas and all other regions, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. On average:
Metro areas: 3–7 business days
Regional or rural areas: 5–12 business days
WA & NT: May take longer due to distance and freight schedules
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your bike is on the move.
If your bike arrives damaged during shipping, we’ve got you covered.
Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send us clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
Once confirmed, we’ll replace the bike with a brand new one at no extra cost to you.
All our bikes are insured during transit, so you can order with confidence.
Our bikes arrive 80% assembled, with all the major components pre-fitted.
We include a tool kit and easy instructions to help you finish the job—usually just attaching the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and lights.
It’s super simple, but if you get stuck, we’re always here to help. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through it.
All our bikes come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
If something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we’ve got your back—just reach out and we’ll sort it.
Our bikes come unlocked for private property use, giving you access to their full power and speed capabilities (up to 1500W and beyond 25km/h, depending on the model).
However, they can be easily locked to 250W and 25km/h to comply with Australian road rules for public use.
It’s up to the rider to ensure they’re using the appropriate settings for where they ride.
If you change your mind, no worries—we offer a full refund as long as the bike is unused, unopened, and still in its original box.

In most Australian states, e-bikes are legal to ride on public roads and paths if they meet the following conditions:
Maximum power output of 250 watts
Top speed limited to 25 km/h when powered by the motor
The motor must only assist while pedalling (unless it’s throttle-assisted for up to 6 km/h)
Anything above these limits is generally classified as a motorbike or moped and cannot be legally ridden on public roads or bike paths without registration, licensing, and insurance.
