At Yeah Boi, we stand behind the quality and durability of every ride. That’s why every e-bike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering key components and manufacturing defects — so you can ride with confidence.
We’ve got your back for 12 months from the date of purchase. Our warranty applies to:
Frame
Motor (750W / 1500W)
Battery (48V systems)
LCD Display
Controller & Sensors
Suspension (front and rear)
Brakes & Gearing systems
Electrical wiring
In short, if something goes wrong that shouldn’t — and it’s not your fault — we’ll make it right.
However, the warranty does not apply to the following:
Accidental or crash damage
Water damage from riding in heavy rain or submersion
Normal wear and tear (e.g. tires, brake pads, chain)
Improper assembly, modification, or misuse
Damage caused by neglect, abuse, or lack of maintenance
Loss or theft
In other words, if it’s been dropped, thrashed, tampered with, or not maintained — it’s likely not covered.
If you believe your bike has a warranty issue:
Contact us at naomi@yeahboiebikes.com.au with proof of purchase and a brief description.
Attach clear photos or video of the issue.
We’ll review it and respond within 3 business days.
If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or ship out the necessary parts.
Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. We must be informed within 2 weeks of ownership transfer if selling the bike before warranty expiry
Modifying or unlocking the motor beyond legal limits may void the warranty.
