We want you to love your ride — but if things don’t work out, we’ve got your back.

30-Day Return Guarantee

You can return your bike within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as:

• The bike is unused

• The box is unopened and undamaged

• The product is in its original packaging

If all three apply, your return is eligible — no stress, no hassle.

Free Returns

We offer free returns for eligible orders. That means we’ll cover the return shipping cost if you meet the return conditions above and you’re located within Australia.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at naomi@yeahboiebikes.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll verify eligibility and provide a prepaid return label.

3. Carefully package the product and drop it off with the specified courier.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Important Notes

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

• Bikes that are used, assembled, or returned in damaged packaging do not qualify

• If your return is from a regional or remote area, we may deduct return shipping costs from your refund — we’ll confirm this upfront
